About Grape Stomper

Grape Stomper is a cross-bred hybrid. You may also see it sold as Sour Grapes. The effects people mention most are feeling uplifted, tingly and happy.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 51 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2023 came in at a median of 21.4% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.6% to 23.4%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by caryophyllene and limonene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.1%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as grape, sweet and diesel.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling uplifted, reviewers also mention feeling euphoric and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, pain and depression. The side effects mentioned most are dizziness, dry mouth and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
