About Bruce Banner

Bruce Banner is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of OG Kush with Strawberry Diesel. You may also see it sold as Banner, OG Banner, Bruce. People who try it most often describe feeling creative, energetic and euphoric.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 183 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2022 came in at a median of 21.2% total THC (the middle half ranged from 18.3% to 24.6%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is limonene, followed by caryophyllene and myrcene. Limonene is known for bright citrus-peel freshness, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.4%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as strawberry, diesel and tea.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling creative, reviewers also mention feeling uplifted and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, depression and pain. The side effects mentioned most are dizziness, dry eyes and dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
