About Grateful Breath

Grateful Breath is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of OGKB with Joseph OG. People who try it most often describe feeling sleepy, relaxed and happy.

THC and potency

Across 18 public lab tests of Grateful Breath flower between 2020 and 2023, the median result was 20.9% total THC, with half of all samples falling between 20.1% and 24.3%. CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is limonene, followed by caryophyllene and linalool. Limonene is known for bright citrus-peel freshness, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.4%. On the palate, people pick out menthol, pepper and ammonia.

Reported effects

Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with insomnia, pain and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, dizziness and dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
