About Headband

Headband is a hybrid. You may also see it sold as HB. Reviews most often mention feeling creative, euphoric and uplifted.

THC and potency

Across 154 public lab tests of Headband flower between 2020 and 2024, the median result was 22.3% total THC, with half of all samples falling between 17.2% and 25.2%. CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by terpinolene and pinene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while terpinolene adds fresh, herbal brightness with hints of pine and flowers. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.5%. On the palate, people pick out diesel, lemon and pungent.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling creative, reviewers also mention feeling energetic and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, anxiety and depression. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, dry eyes and dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
