About French Cookies

French Cookies is a sativa variety. The effects people mention most are feeling giggly, hungry and energetic.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 93 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2024 came in at a median of 18.9% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17% to 20.8%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by caryophyllene and limonene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 0.7%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as rose, mint and tea.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling giggly, reviewers also mention feeling talkative and focused. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with depression, anxiety and lack of appetite. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
