About Super Lemon Haze

Super Lemon Haze is a sativa-leaning strain. You may also see it sold as SLH. People who try it most often describe feeling energetic, uplifted and creative.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 291 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2023 came in at a median of 18.6% total THC (the middle half ranged from 16.6% to 20.3%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

In lab tests its dominant terpene is terpinolene, followed by caryophyllene and myrcene. Terpinolene is known for fresh, herbal brightness with hints of pine and flowers, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.3%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as lemon, citrus and lime.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling energetic, reviewers also mention feeling talkative and focused. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, depression and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are paranoia, dry eyes and dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
