About Banana Split

Banana Split is a hybrid strain. People who try it most often describe feeling happy, focused and energetic.

THC and potency

Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 4 flower samples tested in 2020 came in at a median of 20.3% total THC (the middle half ranged from 19.4% to 21.1%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.

Aroma, flavour and terpenes

Its reported terpene profile is led by myrcene, with caryophyllene and linalool. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Consumers most often describe the flavour as tropical, sweet and citrus.

Reported effects

Beyond feeling happy, reviewers also mention feeling euphoric and uplifted. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, depression and pain. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, dry eyes and anxiety. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
