About Banana Cream OG
Banana Cream OG is a hybrid. You may also see it sold as Banana Cream. Reviews most often mention feeling relaxed, tingly and sleepy.
THC and potency
Across 52 public lab tests of Banana Cream OG flower between 2020 and 2024, the median result was 24.5% total THC, with half of all samples falling between 20.6% and 27.9%. CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That puts it at the strong end of the market, so newer consumers should start low. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
Aroma, flavour and terpenes
In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by caryophyllene and linalool. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 2%. On the palate, people pick out pear, mint and tree fruit.
Reported effects
Beyond feeling relaxed, reviewers also mention feeling happy. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, anxiety and depression. The side effects mentioned most are dizziness, dry eyes and dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
