Banana Puddintain is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of Banana OG with GMO. People who try it most often describe feeling tingly, relaxed and uplifted.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 25 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2021 came in at a median of 19.8% total THC (the middle half ranged from 15.7% to 24.3%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is limonene, followed by caryophyllene and myrcene. Limonene is known for bright citrus-peel freshness, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.6%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as tree fruit, ammonia and butter.
Beyond feeling tingly, reviewers also mention feeling aroused and happy. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, stress and depression. The side effects mentioned most are anxiety, dry mouth and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
