Blue Dragon is a cross-bred hybrid. The effects people mention most are feeling uplifted, euphoric and happy.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 34 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2022 came in at a median of 21.1% total THC (the middle half ranged from 19.2% to 22.5%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is pinene, followed by caryophyllene and myrcene. Pinene is known for sharp, fresh pine, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.3%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as blueberry, berry and sweet.
Beyond feeling uplifted, reviewers also mention feeling creative and giggly. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, anxiety and pain. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth, paranoia and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Blue Dragon is also a parent of Purple Dragon.
