Cookie Crunch is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of GSC with Captain Crunch. People who try it most often describe feeling giggly, happy and hungry.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 42 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2022 came in at a median of 19.9% total THC (the middle half ranged from 18.8% to 20.8%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by myrcene and humulene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while myrcene adds earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge. Total terpene content measured a median of 1%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as lavender, skunk and diesel.
Beyond feeling giggly, reviewers also mention feeling relaxed and focused. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, depression and fatigue. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
