A cross of Cherry Pie and Grandpa’s Breath, Humble Pie is a cross-bred hybrid. The effects people mention most are feeling uplifted, giggly and happy.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 17 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2022 came in at a median of 17.2% total THC (the middle half ranged from 16.6% to 20.4%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and linalool. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 0.9%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as vanilla, berry and strawberry.
Beyond feeling uplifted, reviewers also mention feeling energetic and hungry. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with depression, anxiety and ptsd. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
