Kobe OG is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of Chemdawg with Hindu Kush. You may also see it sold as True OG. People who try it most often describe feeling aroused, relaxed and talkative.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 131 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2024 came in at a median of 22.7% total THC (the middle half ranged from 21.2% to 25.2%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by limonene and myrcene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 2.5%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as apple, woody and rose.
Beyond feeling aroused, reviewers also mention feeling creative and uplifted. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, depression and nausea. The side effects mentioned most are dizziness, dry mouth and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Parents: Chemdawg and Hindu Kush. Kobe OG is also a parent of Trewbacca, Calyx OG, Graham Cracker and Tiffany & OG.
