Light of Jah is a sativa-leaning strain. People who try it most often describe feeling energetic, talkative and focused.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 21 flower samples tested in 2020 came in at a median of 16.2% total THC (the middle half ranged from 15% to 17.8%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is caryophyllene, followed by myrcene and linalool. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while myrcene adds earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge. Total terpene content measured a median of 0.8%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as spicy/herbal, pepper and tar.
Beyond feeling energetic, reviewers also mention feeling euphoric and uplifted. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, anxiety and depression. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, dry mouth and anxiety. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
