The One is a hybrid strain. You may also see it sold as Thai x Afghan, The 1, BC1. People who try it most often describe feeling creative, happy and euphoric.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 8 flower samples tested between 2023 and 2024 came in at a median of 20.8% total THC (the middle half ranged from 20.5% to 21.6%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by limonene and linalool. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.6%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as pungent, pine and sweet.
Beyond feeling creative, reviewers also mention feeling energetic and tingly. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with pain, stress and depression. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth, anxiety and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
