Trophy Wife is a hybrid bred from The Wife and Cherry Wine. Reviews most often mention feeling uplifted, euphoric and sleepy.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 10 flower samples tested between 2021 and 2023 came in at a median of 21.4% total THC (the middle half ranged from 15.7% to 22.9%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by caryophyllene and limonene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.7%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as pepper, rose and butter.
Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with anxiety, insomnia and pain. The side effects mentioned most are dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
Parents: The Wife and Cherry Wine. Trophy Wife is also a parent of Apple Mac, Afternoon Delight #4, Afternoon Delight #7, Beach Babe and Lime Bars.
