The Local Cannabist

I purchased a cartridge from this store, however it did not function properly. The store accused me of breaking it and refused to exchange it. Therefore, I will not be returning.

The staff at The Local Cannabist have all been incredibly helpful, but Kennedy stands out for her exceptional customer service. She is friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and takes the time to understand her customers' needs and wants. When I complained about a box of latex gloves I had purchased, she was able to offer me a few pairs as a replacement, taking into account my disability and the cost of the bottle of CBD oil I regularly buy. She makes customers like me keep coming back
