J. Supply Co. - Ouellette Ave - Windsor

I came to this store because of their price-matching policy. I informed the staff member that Canna Cabana sells 7 grams of shred for $25.57, but I didn't have internet access to verify the price. Since J Rock has WiFi, there was no excuse for the staff member not to look up the price. It appeared that the store was not following their policy in order to charge more than necessary. If a business offers a way for customers to save money and attract new customers, they should not make it difficult for customers to take advantage of the policy. If they don't want to price match, then they should not advertise it.

I highly recommend this store, as it has a vast selection and a points system. During my visit with a friend, we were delighted to discover that they had a prize wheel. My friend won a $20 gift card and I won some promotional items! The staff were very friendly, and the store was spick and span with plenty of space to look around and multiple tablets for product searches.

I am absolutely in love with J Supply! I placed a curb side order last week and the customer service was fantastic. I'm looking forward to when they reopen. Keep up the great work!
