Lemon Lava is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of Lemon Heads with Lava Cake. People who try it most often describe feeling focused, creative and uplifted.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 18 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2021 came in at a median of 20.3% total THC (the middle half ranged from 18.8% to 21.9%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by caryophyllene and linalool. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1.4%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as lemon, mint and sweet.
Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with pain, stress and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are anxiety, dry mouth and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
