A cross of G-13 Haze and Sour Diesel, Sour Cream is a cross-bred hybrid. The effects people mention most are feeling happy, focused and uplifted.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 183 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2023 came in at a median of 18.9% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17.6% to 20.8%). CBD is typically negligible (under 0.5%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
In lab tests its dominant terpene is myrcene, followed by caryophyllene and limonene. Myrcene is known for earthy, musky notes with a ripe-fruit edge, while caryophyllene adds black pepper and warm spice. Total terpene content measured a median of 1%. Consumers most often describe the flavour as diesel, vanilla and blue cheese.
Beyond feeling happy, reviewers also mention feeling energetic and talkative. Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, depression and pain. The side effects mentioned most are headaches, dizziness and dry mouth. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
