Tropicana Punch is a hybrid strain that comes from a cross of Tropicana Cookies with Purple Punch. People who try it most often describe feeling focused, talkative and happy.
Public lab results give a good picture of its strength: 29 flower samples tested between 2020 and 2021 came in at a median of 19.6% total THC (the middle half ranged from 17% to 20.4%). That is in line with most flower on Canadian shelves. Potency varies by grower and batch, so always check the label.
Its reported terpene profile is led by caryophyllene, with limonene and humulene. Caryophyllene is known for black pepper and warm spice, while limonene adds bright citrus-peel freshness. Consumers most often describe the flavour as tropical, berry and sweet.
Some consumers say they reach for it when dealing with stress, depression and anxiety. The side effects mentioned most are paranoia, anxiety and dry eyes. These are personal reports, not medical advice.
